McCain was a standout point guard for the University of Florida from 1998-2002. McCain totaled over 1500 points and averaged 15.0 points in her collegiate career. She was a First Team All-American, and an All-SEC Selection twice. In 1999, she was a member of Team USA, winning a silver medal at the World University Games in Spain. In the 2002 WNBA Draft, McCain was selected in the second round, 24th overall pick by the Cleveland Rockers.

McCain also had a successful playing career in Israel and China. McCain brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Elevation’s WNBA clients and international women’s players. McCain has built important international relationships that allow  our women’s basketball clients to receive the top jobs and compensation possible.
