Durham founded Elevation Sports Agency in 2008, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the Team Sports Division. Durham is widely recognized as one of the most influential and respected “up and coming” sports agents because of his innovation and forward thinking. In addition to managing multiple athletes, Durham is also involved in shaping Elevation’s overall strategy, including expansion plans across all of the business’s verticals.
Durham has seen great success since entering the field, representing multiple athletes and coaches across various sports. Durham has been successful in negotiating great life changing contracts for his clients.
In his first year of representing CFL players, Durham represented and marketed seven players who were successful in obtaining CFL contracts, three of which were successful in winning a Grey Cup in their first year. In his first three years, Durham obtained a high profile Team USA Olympic Speed Skater and well as two CFL coaches, one of which won a CFL Grey Cup in his first 3 years of coaching in Canada.
Durham has long had a passion for working with athletes. He embraces the position that successful player representation transcends just marketing and negotiating contracts. It is a 24 hour a day calling, and emphasizes the necessity of maintaining personal and continuous communications with clients.
